Short answer: Yes.

Long answer:

Well, first you would have to acquire a fighter jet. I stole one from the nearest Air Force base, a brand-new F-35 Lightning II. So, how could you transform this jet into a vehicle that can travel via land, sea, and air. It’s actually quite simple. First, you would need to get your grubby hands on an F-35B model. Not A, or C, but the F-35B. Why? Because this jet can take off and land vertically.

So, it’s a simple process:

  1. Turn on engine
  2. Perform a vertical takeoff but don’t switch the engine positioning yet
  3. You’re good to go! It may have horrible mileage, but you can now brag to your friends that you own a hovercraft!

So yes, you can use an F-35B Lightning II fighter jet as a vehicle that can go on land, air, and sea. But it’s not advisable. Especially if you crash the $109 million jet you are in.
